Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely not! The name Dad Hours stems from
getting training done whenever it was possible, whether it was before the sun
came up, late in the night or anywhere quickly in between. This program has
been designed for ANYBODY, but with a particular focus on those who
want to get regular high-quality training in yet are often short of time.
When you sign up, you will prompted to enter card details. Your payment will take place on the day you join and your membership will begin that day also.
Absolutely! We will be sad to see any member go, but we understand everyone has different circumstances. You can cancel at any time. We do ask that you give us 5 days notice before your membership is due to renew to allow us time to action this. Email us at admin@dadhours.com or use our online contact form. We will do everything we can to cancel your membership as quickly as possible and can often do this within 48 hours.

The beauty of Dad Hours is that when one member of your household joins, everyone can get the benefits. Of course, if members of your family want to individually track their results with Wodify, they will need a separate membership.
Most of our workouts will fall somewhere between
10-20 minutes in length but may occasionally stretch out a little longer. With
our extras programs available as a free add on, you can build your own session
to include the daily workout + strength and/or cardio workouts and even
accessories. Even with multiple pieces for those that have the time, you should
be able to complete your session in 60-75 minutes at most.

You can get started with as
little as a pair of dumbbells and a skipping rope. We have programming options
to suit from this basic set up right up to someone who has access to a full gym. Whilst having all the bells and whistles is fun, it certainly isn’t a
necessity.

Cardio Club is our fun take on cardio. Each workout is designed for people with no equipment (running) but can also be customised for members who have equipment such as a rower or ski erg.

Yes, warm ups are an important part of training.
When you sign up at Dad Hours, you will receive a welcome email from us (because we are mates now!) and you will also receive an email from Wodify. Wodify is the platform you will use to track your workouts, access the programs and view the daily leaderboard (if you like to be competitive).

The great thing with Dad Hours is you get access to all programs. You can choose how much you would like to do. For example, if you are looking to improve overall fitness, you might prioritise Dad Wod each day and do a Cardio Club workout to mix things up. If you want to improve strength, you might do Dad Wod twice a week and focus on Dad Strength and Dad Bod. If you would like any advice, reach out and we can assist!
We provide workouts on certain days but you can do them whenever you like.

If you haven't been with Dad Hours before, these emails can often end up in your junk mail. Be sure to check there (annoying, we know!). Don't worry, if you still can't find them, let us know by email admin@dadhours.com

If you have had a Wodify account before you may want to merge your performance history so you have access to everything in one place! You will want to start by signing up to Dad Hours using the exact same email address as your previous Wodify account. Once you have done that you will then locate the welcome email from Dad Hours. Follow the link in the email to merge your accounts. If you need any additional assistance with Merging Your Accounts, feel free to reach out to Wodify at support@wodify.com

There are no refunds on membership. You can cancel at any time though.
A refund request can be submitted within two weeks of a purchase. Generally, refunds are only given if there is a fault with the item or it is not as described.
Please enquire for more information about our Refund policy. Please email us as admin@dadhours if you need to speak to someone about a return.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer. However, if the item is faulty, all shipping costs will be covered by Dad Hours.

Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days. If an order is placed before 2 p.m. we will post your items by close of business.

International shipping could take up to 14 business days.
Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

Yes, we offer free shipping at various times. Be sure to join our mailing list to be the first to hear about special offers through the year such as free shipping.
Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.
