You can cancel your membership at any time. Please email and allow up to 5 business days to process your request. Please keep your billing date in mind when requesting to cancel your membership as this date may fall within the 5 business days. We will always endeavor to process your request promptly and can usually do this within 48 hours of receiving your email. You will be provided access to programs in full up until the date your subscription expires.


You can pause your membership if you are going on an extended holiday or have an injury. This can occur if you know your return date. 

Example: Ella is taking a month off to travel overseas. She can pause her membership and won't be charged the month she is away. 

Example: James has inured his wrist and has been advised to rest for 6 weeks. James can pause his membership and won't be charged for this time.

Example: Jarod surgery on his knee and doesn't know how long recovery will take. It is best here for Jarod to cancel his membership and then join again when he is ready. 


If you are experiencing any technical issues with Wodify there is support to help you.

1) Reach out to us via email. We can resend you your log in details or help if you have been logged out for any reason.

2) Reach out to Wodify support. Sometimes, you might experience an issue with your log in if you have been a Wodify member before. Wodify support are quick to help with anything technical

3) Check out the members only Facebook group. Often other members might have a quick solution to help you. 


From time to time, you may need to update your personal details such as in the event that your card has expired or you need to use a different credit card for you membership. To make changes, please log into Wodify using the app or desktop and click on 'Profile'. Under the heading 'Membership' you can view your invoices, change your payment details and view your membership. 

You can also click on the setting 'cog' at the top of the screen to access your details, change your email or update your payment details. Here you can also change your push notifications if you need to.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds for purchased memberships and/or subscriptions. We offer free a sample of the program so you can see if the program will fit your needs.
